This space is dedicated to sharing with you what I learned during my process of personal growth and economic growth. Yes, the two things, since it is impossible to achieve material wealth without going through the personal and spiritual growth.

Here I want to celebrate with you the moment when you and I took the first step to create the destiny we are meant to live. Yes it’s in our hands to create the fulfilled life every one of us deserves to live. We deserve to be happy.

 No more mediocrity but greatness, no more sadness or anxiety but happiness. I want to celebrate the spirit of contribution that emerges from the state of abundance we have decided to be in.

I want to celebrate the true leader in you and me. You are a person who shines happiness, true care about others and doesn’t accept mediocrity and disrespectful treatment.

This is the point where our change began. It’s the moment when we started to think as leaders to us ourselves and to other people searching for someone that could give them some of the power and safety they need for the moment.

Leadership is a state of mind. It doesn’t matter how much money you have, what kind of job you have, how much experience you have.
